There are two similar small hemorrhagic necrotic areas visible on the capsular surface. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThese lesions are probably continuous with the lesion seen on the cut surface, likely to be caused by haemorrhage into an abscess cavity.
