Casualty Simulation and Moulage
Casualty simulation equipment creates realistic injuries and trauma effects for emergency response training. Moulage (the art of applying realistic wound effects) transforms training scenarios by adding visual and tactile injury cues that challenge trainees to assess, prioritise, and treat casualties.
Casualty Simulation Kits
Our simulation kits range from basic wound sets for individual scenarios to comprehensive kits containing dozens of injuries for mass casualty exercises. Each kit includes adhesive wounds, moulage materials, fake blood, and application guides.
Simulated Wounds
Individual adhesive wounds cover burns, lacerations, fractures, gunshot wounds, blast injuries, and abrasions. They are applied directly to manikins or standardised patients and removed cleanly after use.
Fake Blood
Available in powder form (mix your own quantities) and ready-to-use bottles. Our blood formulas are designed for realistic appearance on skin and clothing while being washable and non-staining on most surfaces.
Trauma Limbs
Attachable trauma limbs simulate amputations, compound fractures, and penetrating injuries. They fit standard manikins to create multi-injury casualties for triage and treatment training.
