Our Story
In 2021, during the height of the Covid pandemic, our founder Mark Cook, a former NHS clinician, was made redundant. He took this moment as an opportunity to do things differently.
Having worked for both large and small healthcare simulation companies, and having purchased medical training equipment as an educator, he knew that the customer experience could be so much better.
From a small team operating out of a self-storage warehouse and a website showcasing a strong range of products, we began to grow.
Six years later, Mark leads the company with Sales Director Kieran Feeney, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the simulation industry, and Marketing Director Nicola Cook, a former educator with a passion for building a community for our customers. We now have a fantastic team of 14 and are based in Chesterfield.
Our desire to support the healthcare simulation community with products that meet our customers’ training needs, the service to deliver the right support, and a community that connects and celebrates the people who make a difference is stronger than ever and drives us forward.
