Designed to meet the resuscitation programme objectives of the Neonatal Life Support (NLS) course curriculum, the Newborn Nursing Skills and NLS Simulator is THE baby manikin for NLS.
Its silicone-based construction gives it flexibility, so if you do not support the head it will move around, like a real baby. The silicone material composition also gives it a realistic weight, so it won't slide around while you perform CPR.
Manikins need to be robust, and while this one certainly is, it is also possible to replace parts prone to wear and tear, specifically the airway. This means you won't need a new head or a whole new manikin, you can replace the airway yourself with no technical support required, although we're happy to help if you need us.
With no fragile, expensive technology to go wrong, the Newborn Nursing Skills and NLS Simulator is simple to use and easy to clean. In fact, it can be completely immersed in water.
