Introduction

By participating in any of the 2 competitions, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competitions are being run by Sim & Skills Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter

The competitions are open to entrants over 18 years of age. Sim & Skills employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competitions, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person per competition.

Both competitions are completely free to enter.

Scan the QR codes on the tables and beside the products. Answer the questions to give us feedback on the future of healthcare simulation.

The most thoughtful answers will be entered into the draw to win one of 3 prizes:

1st Prize £100 Giftpay voucher

2nd Prize £50 Giftpay voucher

3rd Prize Midlands Air Ambulance bundle

Post a photo or video from the event on any of the following social media channels:

Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X, TikTok, Youtube with the #simtechlive and tag @simandskills.

All entrants will be put into the draw for a chance to win one of 3 prizes:

1st Prize £100 Giftpay voucher

2nd Prize £50 Giftpay voucher

3rd Prize Midlands Air Ambulance bundle

The £100 Giftpay voucher and the £50 Giftpay vouchers can be used at over 50+ retailers (see Giftpay for the full list).

The use of specific brands as prizes by Sim & Skills does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Sim & Skill's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be chosen before the closing session on Friday 1st August.

Sim & Skills will contact the winner to arrange delivery.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Sim & Skills for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing hello@simandskills.com.

If requested by Sim & Skills, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner's first name will be announced on Sim & Skills's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Sim & Skills accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
