One of the basic skills of a veterinarian is the ability to position a dog correctly.
Rocky was developed to teach this skill. Positioning is a skill that is needed all the time, whether for spaying or neutering, abdominal surgery, or x-rays. Positioning for spinal stabilization, supine or any other position is possible.
Rocky provides natural range of motion and also realistic resistance so that practice can be done in a simulation environment before the student works with a real animal.
The mobility of shoulders and hips is at 90°, the knees, elbows, ankle and carpal joints have the same mobility.
